As a buyer, they respect your time, price range and criteria when searching for a home. "Many buyers come to us frustrated with a past agent stating they never receive listings, they were sent listings over their desired price range and/or never have time to show them properties. THE ELITE TEAM:
We are probably the first "Solo Team" you will ever meet. Being in real estate for over 20 years, it has always been very hard to take vacations or even be sick. Both of us have a VERY hard time handing our clients over to other people. So, we back each other up!
Most teams have several people and buyers/sellers often talk to someone different every time. A buyer will enlist the help of an agent he trusts only to be handed to a buyer's agent. A seller will list a home with a reputable agent only to rarely/never hear from him.
That is NOT how we work. Buying a home is not like buying a pair of jeans. You can't just take it back. Selling can be very difficult. Both processes take alot of knowledge, paperwork and planning. There are deadlines, PR's to order, contracts, disclosures, earnest money, inspections, appraisals...you name it. Let us be your guide as we are Raising the Bar on Realtors.
